As a reminder, Looti is a marketing automation software that instantly qualifies and scores your leads. Thanks for following our entrepreneurial journey.

This month, we’ve been figuring out which role Lead Scoring is helping out - yes we’re doing our Ideal Customer Persona homework too 😛.

Our Playing Field is helping people from Revenue ops, Sales-ops, or Growth to help them understand who are their prospects and how to convert them.

The constant is that everyone tries to score leads but eventually hits a wall of tedious setup, arbitrary scores, and intelligible results. So we made it simple to implement.

In fact, we taught a classroom of 100 aspiring salespeople how to do it.

Zapier to the rescue

We decided to tackle this complexity with a tool marketers and sales-ops alike are familiar with. Let me introduce you to the simplest lead scoring product there is:

A Zapier integration that gives a fit score based on your Ideal Customer Persona criteria.

  1. Set up your ICP criteria in our back office. Think HubSpot filters but way more powerful ⚡️

  2. Connect your lead source (Form, Gsheet, CSV, Airtable...) to Zapier 👇

  3. Get a fit score: ☠️ if the lead is considered trash, 💎💎💎 if it’s considered qualified.

    We’ll get into more details onto what is considered a trash lead and what not in future issues, in the meantime, here’s our article on the matter ✍️

The integration is not live for everyone yet as we’re collecting feedback to build the self-serve platform that will finally align marketing and sales teams across a common goal: improved conversions and reduced time spent.
