Lootletter #5: Highs and lows of startup life
Shaping up our product launch strategy with JobtitlesAI 💎
Hi Looters 👋
As a reminder, Looti is AI-based marketing software to qualify and segment your CRM.
Thanks for following our entrepreneurial journey. We are now 828!
From now, we will get some structure on our Lootletter:
Startup Life (Team updates)
A lesson we learned (Sharing a thought from our journey)
Product Update (A newly released feature that we want to spread)
AI pick (AI tool feature we use to grow our business)
Let’s jump in!
Right before the release of our beta, Louis had to take a break. He’s back and well now! Health is THE most important, folks! Take care.
Last week we did our quarterly Bootcamp in the beautiful region of Champagne and welcomed Anna and Mathys to the team 🥂
During our Bootcamp, we realized we needed to test our assumptions faster.
We have a sound vision of what to build, but we need to get into a good feedback loop. Thus we started to follow Shape Up principles from Basecamp.
This led us to work on a specific pain point many marketers deal with: job titles.
Most of you have probably noticed how creative people are when creating job titles, but it also creates challenges when managing leads in your CRM!
JobtitlesAI is an AI-powered tool to segment your list of leads by simplifying complicated job titles.
It is super simple from a CSV upload and free. Give it a try.
The job title is one of the first bricks of data qualification, but there are many more characteristics, such as company maturity, revenue, tech used, or lead engagement.
Which one are you using to qualify your leads for your business?
Please share your experience and thoughts to help us create the most enjoyable lead management product.
We are looking for beta testers and feedback and would be happy to talk about how we can improve thanks to AI to supercharge your CRM.

A lesson we learned
Oh, but wait… did you notice we talk more and more about AI, aka Artificial Intelligence?
AI is not magic or science-fiction
AI is already used in everyday life
AI combined with data intelligence is our fast track to Product Market Fit
And to prove it, we will feature our favorite AI software we use every day.
AI software we recommend
At Station F, we have a co-worker who founded Clipdrop (YC 22) to upgrade your images thanks to AI.
Our use case is during onboarding; we use it for quickly removing backgrounds—an example with Mathys, our new software developer.
Do you have an AI tool to suggest?
PS: We also contribute to Bot Eat Brain if you want to know more about AI.
Thanks for reading Lootletter!
